Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 20 drops Chinese hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ⅓ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, Chinese hot sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground black pepper; whisk well until smooth.
Substitute black bean paste for the peanut butter if desired; Substitute molasses or brown sugar for the honey if preferred; Substitute habanero, jalapeno, or sriracha sauce for the Chinese hot sauce if desired.
